Music Harmony Principle
The Music Harmony is not affected by Physical Atmosphere Condition but depend on the Music Scale, in which the category of Music Instrument is defined.
Music Harmony has to be designed to comply to each Music Instrument in brief, hence it has to be tolerance on the discrepancy of Music Pitch the Sound Texture.
For 12 Music Note, the Music Harmony is defined as where the Semitone filled in. For Example Piano, and String Music Instrument, in which 2 type of Linearity Layout the Music Scale to be corresponded And under the String Music Instrument. there are dozens of Linearity Layout to be configurated.
And Music Harmony Standard is defined as Music Interval, instead of Pitch distance.

Pitch distance has 6 equal quantised.
But Music Interval has 7+5 at Maximum to 7-3 at Minimum.
The Music Interval corresponded to Music Scale, and Music Linearity Layout, as simple as that.
Music Tone Technique
To Change the Music Tone i.e. Sound Texture is to Change the Linearity Line to be Curvature. Hence, the Resonance energy would be at loss, but to archiving the distorted Sound Texture for Performing needs.
