1. Mind Poisoning are meant to books e.g. Quran. Read as required as possible, else you violate intelligence law.

2. Behavior Poisoning meant to those popular media, song, arts, movie, called it Idol-ism.

3. Spiritual Poisong. Be careful when you meet of the four. One out of the four are okay. e.g. Spiritual Poisoning. Most of the time meant to Chinese Tradition Event.

4. Physical Poisoning meant drug, used with care as clean as possible.
