Would Flu Management and Mass quarantine help in slow down the epidemic? The answer is No. Unlike other virus, the pneumonia flu is fungi based, geographical rooted. It has to do the reverse way in bringing the high cost to the victim transfer back to the mass community, this not called mass detained but Mass commuting Management using Logistic Pseudo Science.
