The theory begin with population census and to ghost.
Those identity living under same earth, same time point but different time pace, called ghost. But those living same time pace, called human. There are 3 category, but many division. Majority called frequency. Same Person could have much over of identity.
So, statistically, there are unaccountable identity. But in benchmark, there are one true identity only, based on his/her frequency. Human cannot interaction with ghost, but change your mind change your perspective could change your identity.
Those you can interact real time depend on how far, are living at the same time pace, same frequency with you, called same network.
Even so, various telecommunication tools could let us interact at various frequency. When you notice there are many friend and relative leaving you, that is because you had upgrade or downgrade away to heaven.
